MEL-DOR Motel Policies

1. Check-out time is 11:00 am for guests paying with cash—we need extra time to process. For guests paying by credit card, Check-out is 11:00 am. If you plan to extend your stay, arrangement must be made by 10:30 am. There is a $25 late check out fee, and after 1:00 pm, the FULL DAY RATE APPLIES.
2. Check-in time is 1:00 pm. Proper ID required.
3. Pets are always welcome, and must be announced at check-in. There is a $10 charge per pet, per day, and a $50 refundable deposit is required. We ask that you do not leave your pets unattended.
4. Smoking in rooms is not allowed. There is a minimum $50 charge for smoking in the rooms, plus any damage caused by the smoke.
5. 12 hours cancellation is required for a refund.
6. All deposits are non-refundable. No refunds for early departures.
7. BBQ facilities are open to all. Utensils are available at front desk.
8. Registered guests are responsible for the room rented. Rooms and deposits are not transferable. Once a room has been rented, there is no refund.
9. Guests are required to sign our register, credit card authorization, and departure invoice.
10. Number of occupants must be accurately reported, or an additional charge will be made.
11. As a courtesy to our guests rising early, we have a "No Loud Noise" policy after 10:00 pm.
12. Towels removed and any other missing or damaged items will be charged to guests.
13. No visitors at any time.
14. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
